The Client agrees that the entire agreement between the Client and SA Balloon (hereinafter called 'Supplier') will govern all future contractual relationships between the parties. By accessing this website and using any of the services or functions of this site, the Client accepts the terms and conditions stated below.

Once the goods have been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods and let SA Balloon know within 48hours of any problems. If you have received the incorrect items, SA Balloon will arrange for collection of the items and delivery of the correct items. If the items have been opened or tampered with in any way, the customer will be held liable for any damages.

Terms and conditions as they relate to the payment and delivery will be agreed with the Client prior to Client placing any orders either via this website or otherwise.

In the event of goods being defective, SA Balloon will replace those goods on the next order. All defective goods need to be returned to SA Balloon for inspection. On collection of defective goods the Client must receive the appropriate signed Return Note which will be used to create the necessary Credit Note(s).

All items are subject to availability, as it may happen from time to time that a product item shows as being available on this website but in reality there is zero stock available.

Prices listed on this site can change without notice, SA Balloon may, in its sole discretion decline any or all orders placed on this site where prices are not accurate at the time of a Supplier price update or change.

This website may contain links to other websites, we are not responsible for content displayed on those websites and any material or content on those websites are to be used for reference purposes only.

If the description of any goods contained in this website or invoice varies from that of the manufacturer’s description, the manufacturer’s description will be deemed to be the correct description and shall take precedence over all descriptions found on this website.

SA Balloon does not guarantee that this website will be accurate, reliable or without error’s. SA Balloon may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

The client agrees that neither SA Balloon nor any of its employees will be liable for any negligent or innocent misrepresentations made to the client.

The risk of damage to or destruction of goods passes the Supplier on conclusion of the agreement of sale.

If the Supplier agrees to engage a third party to transport the goods, the Supplier is hereby authorized to engage a third party on the Clients behalf and on the terms and conditions deemed fit by the Supplier.

The Client agrees to indemnify the Supplier against any claims that may arise from such agreement against the Supplier.

The Client has no right to withhold payment for any reason whatsoever.

All goods supplied by the Supplier remain the property of the Supplier until such goods have been fully paid for. The Client is not entitled to sell or dispose of any goods unpaid for without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

The invalidity of any part of this contract will not affect the validity of any other part. Any order is subject to cancellation by the Supplier due to force majeure from any cause beyond the control of the Supplier, including (without restricting this clause to these instances): inability to secure labour, power, materials or supplies or by reason of an act of God, war civil disturbances, riot, state of emergence, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.

The client hereby acknowledges that he/she has read and understood each term of this agreement and accepts them as binding.
